What are you training of this Spring? Are you are looking for ways to get faster? Let us get you ready with multiple Boston Marathon and Ironman finisher Ben Lawson as well as a host of performance and fitness experts.
Our 12 week clinic will be structured around Tuesday evenings with a technical discussion followed by a group run to put your new knowledge to use. We’ll also have Run Club opportunities on Thursday evenings to take advantage of the beautiful streets and trails of our Leaside neighbourhood.
