Our Bike Fits are designed to ensure that you are in a comfortable and efficient position on your bike. We will address any issues you may have such as discomfort, pedalling technique, new equipment (such as changing your saddle) and bio-mechanical or aerodynamic efficiency. We do this by taking a dynamic approach to bike fitting, observing you riding your bike on a stationary trainer and evaluating your joint angles.

The end result will be greater comfort and endurance while riding.

60-day Bike Fit Guarantee

If within the first 60 days of riding your bike, you have any concerns about your riding position please contact us to schedule a re-fit at no charge.

Our Road Fit is designed to ensure that you are in a comfortable and efficient position on your bike. It is a balance of ergonomics (comfort), biomechanics (ability to generate power) as well as an often over looked aspect of good bike fit, aerodynamics (fuel efficiency). All of this is balance with in the even broader scope of maintaining good weight distribution and handling of your bike. We will address any issues you may have such as discomfort, pedalling technique, new equipment (ie. testing new saddles). We do this by taking a dynamic approach to bike fitting, observing you riding your bike on a stationary trainer and evaluating your joint angles.

The end result will be greater comfort and endurance while riding.

The Road Bike Fit process covers the following areas:

  • Establishing your "ballpark position"
  • Cleat position: fore-aft, medial-lateral angular alignment
  • Saddle selection
  • Saddle height and knee angle
  • Saddle fore-aft and hip angle
  • Pedalling technique and its relation to riding position
  • Handlebar and brake lever positioning (reach and drop) and shoulder and elbow angle

Note: You will need to bring your bike, pedals, cycling shoes, and cycling or triathlon shorts and a comfortable top to wear while riding.

Mechanical Work: Minor work will be done as part of the fitting process, including a safety check and prep. Additional work will be charged at regular shop rates.

Our Triathlon Fit is designed to ensure that you are in a comfortable and efficient position on your bike.

The end result will be greater comfort, performance and endurance while riding. Whether you choose to finish "fresher" or push yourself harder, you'll ride with less effort and greater comfort.

The Triathlon/TT Bike Fit process includes the following areas:

  •  Establishing your position
  •  Cleat position: fore-aft, medial-lateral angular alignment
  •  Saddle selection
  •  Saddle height and knee angle
  •  Saddle fore-aft and hip angle
  •  Pedalling technique and its relation to riding position
  •  Aerobar geometry, reach, drop, aerobar pad spacing, shift lever position, shoulder and elbow angles

Our Saddle Fit is designed to help you find comfort on a saddle in your current position on your bike.

The SaddleFit process covers the following areas:

  •  The opportunity to test several saddles for comfort both on the anterior and posterior portions of the saddle
  •  For-Aft position based on your current handlebar position
  •  Saddle height based on new saddle

Your saddle fit is the cornerstone of a good position on the bike. Properly fit a saddle will keep you from sliding forward or back to find comfort, maintain blood flow and well as decrease pressure on nerves in the groin. A rider who is happy with their saddle rides longer and more often than one who doesn’t which affect conditioning and performance.

Saddle Fit Guarantee: If you ride your saddle and it does not agree with you please bring it back to us. If the saddle can be sold as new we will take it back at full value and get you on to a new saddle.

Our Cleat Fit is designed to position your feet for optimum biomechanical efficiency with regard to your pedal stroke.

The Cleat Fit process includes the following areas:

  •  For-aft adjustment
  •  Medial- Lateral adjustment
  •  Angular adjustment (float)
  •  With optimum cadence in cycling being 90 RPM
